This report is a continuation of the activities of the Center for Social Research - Analitika from 2016 and 2017, and in a systematic and methodologically rigorous way provides an independent assessment of the judiciary's response to corruption, offering a comparative overview of monitoring and analysis findings from 2015 to 2017.

In accordance with the previously established methodological framework detailed in the pilot report, this report provides an insight into the quality of the judicial response to corruption in 2017, and brings a comparative analysis of statistical, quantitative and qualitative indicators of the work of the judiciary in BiH in the area in the last three years.

In addition to quantitative data on the processing of corruption in BiH, the report also offers an analysis of court practice, the quality of work of the judiciary in this area, as well as the evaluation of the transparency of judicial institutions as an important element of the fight against corruption.
