This text presents some of the most important findings of a three-year monitoring and analysis of the work of the judiciary at all levels in BiH in prosecuting corrupt criminal offenses. The findings were consolidated for the three years for which monitoring was carried out in order to allow easier spotting of trends in relevant aspects of the judiciary in BiH in this area.
Successive findings of monitoring the judicial response to corruption in BiH in 2015, 2016 and 2017 suggest certain trends and identify important challenges in the work of the judiciary in this area. The image obtained by looking at the above findings is mixed - progress has been noted in some segments, while a decline in the quality of judicial work in the domain of the processing of corrupt criminal offenses has been noted across a range of categories.
